I have found that doing this Therapy has had numerous positive benefits. I find that I am less bloated and generally feel more comfortable. When I do eat food that upsets me, I am far more sensitive to the fact and immediately come for a session. Another benefit has been a change in my skin’s appearance. It is much clearer and hydrated, I also found it relatively easy to lose weight by watching my diet, doing the Therapy and exercises. I also have a lot more energy and generally feel more positive.
